This programme, commonly known as the Certificate in Agriculture, includes a range of fundamental practical skills alongside the underpinning theory and practical work on the dairy farm that students are currently working on.

Students completing the Farming Systems and Equipment (Dairy) Farm4Life programme will need to have an experienced person in their workplace who can help students with their study, role model best practice, observe the student carry out tasks regularly, and verify the standard of their work against specified criteria.

This 44 weeks programme includes the NZ Certificate in Agriculture (Farming Systems) (Level 3) and the NZ Certificate in Primary Industry Operational Skills (Level 3) Specialist Equipment qualifications.
