With 19 separate modules and assessments, a comprehensive understanding is developed. From calving, dairy shed, effluent and farm machinery upkeep right through the alphabet to weed management, it's a wide array of videos and assessments that ensure (on completion) the candidate is more knowledgeable, proficient and productive.
Short answer - No. Site specific induction protocols, especially relating to health and safety still need to occur and be documented, BUT the soft skill elements and broader role requirements are delivered in a way that ensures staff are reminded of what matters and why.
To ensure things don’t drag on and improvements can be seen quickly, the candidate has 30 days to complete the assessments. Access remains for the video library to be rewatched for up to 12months.
