Farm 4 Life HUB Subscription and Cancellation Terms

In these Terms, “we” and “us” mean Farm 4 Life Ltd (Farm 4 Life) and “you” means you the customer or site visitor.

Access to and use of the Farm 4 Life website farm4life.co.nz (Website) and the services available through the Website are subject to the following Subscription and Cancellation Terms as may be updated by us from time to time.

Default currency

All prices on the Website are in New Zealand Dollars, unless otherwise stated. Fees and charges related to a foreign currency or currency conversion may be charged by your financial institution in addition to the stated price on the Website.

Month to month

Subscription Terms

Your subscription begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. Your subscription will automatically renew each month without notice until you cancel. The date of your next payment can be found anytime via the My Subscriptions page when you are logged in. You authorise us to store your payment method(s) and to automatically charge your payment method(s) every month until you cancel. We will automatically charge you the rate available at the time of your sign-up until you cancel your plan. If you cancel your plan and renew it at a later date, you will be charged the then-current rate for your plan, plus applicable taxes (such as VAT or GST if the rate does not include it), every month of your annual contract until you cancel.

If your primary payment method fails, you authorise us to charge any other payment method in your account. If you have not provided us a backup payment method(s) and you fail to provide payment or if all payment methods in your account fail, we may suspend your subscription. If your subscription is suspended, we reserve the right to charge you the current rate for your plan, plus applicable taxes (such as VAT or GST if the rate does not include it). You can edit your payment information any time in your Payment Methods section under the My Profile page when you are logged in. If no currency is specified, the prices and currency withdrawn will be in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). All currency conversion fees

Cancellation Terms

You can cancel your subscription any time via the My Subscriptions page. Should you cancel during a billing period,  your payment is non-refundable and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period.

Your subscription will automatically renew on your annual renewal date until you cancel. You authorise us to store your payment method(s) and to automatically charge your payment method(s) every year until you cancel.

We will automatically charge you the rate available at the time of your sign-up until you cancel your plan. If you cancel your plan and renew it at a later date, you will be charged the then-current rate for your plan, plus applicable taxes (such as VAT or GST if the rate does not include it), every month of your annual contract until you cancel.
